Today’s customers are looking for dialogue; the ever growing prevalence of social networking is testament to this.

This desire is equally true with face-to-face communications. The old method of giving PowerPoint presentations while your customers have a sly look at their watch no longer works, especially in one-to-one or small group meetings. The rise in the use of tablets and in particular the iPad is directly related to how they engage the user, drawing them into the content they are viewing.  As a consequence, businesses are adopting the iPad as a powerful sale aid. When used with software like Keynote, presentations can be created that put the customer at the centre and allow for a conversation (not presentation) to happen which in turn helps avoid buyer resistance.

Replace your presentations with conversations.
